ABOUT SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We want shopping in our store to be convenient, enjoyable, and hassle-free. Therefore, we thought over the appropriate delivery conditions.

We have:

Send quickly. We ship same day orders from Monday to Saturday. If you made an order on Sunday, it will leave for you on Monday.
Easy delivery. We will send the order the way you want - to anywhere in the world (except Russia and Belarus) and any postal service. In Ukraine, there is also the possibility of delivery by courier or pickup from our stores.
Comfortable payment. With us, you can pay for the order in any way convenient for you - cash on delivery, a card on the site (Privat24, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Masterpass) or transfer to a bank account.
Try before purchase. If you are in Kyiv or Odessa, you can try on clothes from your order in our offline stores. And then decide what to keep and what not.
Free shipping when paying for an order on the site or to a bank account before shipping. Otherwise, the shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier's rates.

If something doesn't suit you, you can always return or exchange the item. You can do this under the following conditions:

Within 14 days of receipt.
With receipt, tags and branded packaging, and without signs of use and wear.
Money will be credited to your bank card within up to 10 days from the moment we receive the goods.
Returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Shipping costs for returns or non-receipt of goods are non-refundable.
